How do I order?
It's easy to place an order at Master Art Reproductions. Simply add the art you want to your shopping cart and then checkout. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order.
How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All prices on our site are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa and MasterCard through Worldpay , our selected online payment partner, and also Telegraphic Transfers.

Our online payment partner, Worldpay, uses a secured server to protect all information that is transferred electronically. Their secure server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today. For secure E-Commerce transactions, it encrypts all of your personal information including credit card numbers, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

What if I do not feel comfortable ordering over the internet?
We encourage our customers to place their orders over the internet using our secured on-line ordering system as this is the most expedient method to order.

How long will it take before I receive my paintings?
All paintings are hand-painted by very skilled artists and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to paint. The paintings are well worth the wait!
Once the order leaves our location, delivery time to most destinations in the world take 3-4 days with E.M.S (Thai Post Office Express Mail Service).
How do I check the status of my order?
Paintings will be ready approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date your payment was received.
Please check your shipping confirmation email to see your EMS Shipping Docket number. You can use this number to track the progress of you shipment.

What if I am looking for a particular painting that I do not see listed?
We have a search service to help locate art and accessories for you. We have over 1,000 images available and if you wish to request an image that you are looking for, we will be glad to help. Please Contact Us with your enquiries.
Can you reproduce paintings from my picture?
Yes, we can reproduce an oil painting from any clear picture or photograph. The prices for custom reproductions and replicas will be priced according to the size and detail of the subject. You can contact us with the name of the artist and image, Email or regular mail us the image that you would like replicated.
Can you reproduce the old masters?
Yes, we can reproduce the Old Masters. The oil paintings are painted by the world's finest artists. They are replicas and will look like the original Old Masters.
Can paintings be reproduced in sizes other than what is listed?
We offer most of the paintings that we sell in other sizes. Please let us know the image and the size you need, and we would be happy to quote you a price.
Do you have a catalog that you can mail to me?
We do not have a particular catalog because we have over 150,000 images and products and our inventory is changing daily.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to any destination in the world!
Can I ship to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, not a problem at all. When you purchase a painting from us, you have the option of entering a "ship to address" and a "bill to address".
How much is shipping?
Free shipping with all EMS (Express Mail Service) Shipments.
Paintings with a packed size of more than 50 inches in length have to be shipped by UPS/DHL, and as such will be more expensive to ship, you will have to pay these excess charges at cost.
You can track your shipment at all times using the EMS tracking no. that we send to you when we ship out.

How do you ship?
Orders are usually shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) and are shipped insured at no extra charge. We can also ship via UPS/FedEx upon request but there will be a charge for this service.
What if I want to order multiple paintings with different shipping addresses?
To accommodate this request you must place separate orders.
Return and damages policy
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
Simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we will forward you the return details, re-pack your purchase in the original packaging it was shipped in and return the package within 30 days to us.
To avoid confusion with the Thai Customs department please state on the customs declaration that the goods are being returned to sender for a Refund and as such have "No Commercial Value". Over valuing the paintings for Insurance purposes will only mean that we have to pay customs duties at this end which will hold up your Refund and in some cases, may affect the amount of the refund.
Please include all the necessary information to process your return such as your packing slip, the return authorization number and a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number, your email address, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order. We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred when returning the painting to us.
What if my purchase arrives damaged?
All damaged shipments require prior authorization from AKA Traders before the package is returned and you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. A digital or scanned photograph sent by email is the best way to send us verification of the damaged goods. All original packaging, documentation and shipping materials must be saved. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
How and when will I receive my refund?
If you are not happy, we issue full money refund on the purchase as soon as the package is returned. Either a company check or a refund on your credit card - depending upon how you paid.
Wholesale and quantity purchases
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, Master Art Reproductions has a wholesale division. We wholesale directly to interior designers, architects, corporate art buyers, galleries, furniture stores, etc. Wholesale prices can be quoted for quantity purchases after proper credentials are provided to us.
When requesting quantity wholesale prices, please include the name, location and type of business.
